Review content:
Stanley Ford was totally unethical! Went to look at cars and decided to purchase and trade in car and pay cash for balance. Was there for 8 hours waiting during this process, tired and hungry and just wanted to go home. Was originally told that vehicle did not qualify for a rebate, however, my original sticker price was $26,485 and that was what we understood that we were paying. However, because I was not expecting to purchase a car that day I did not have the title for my current car with me and so I had to wait until Monday to get them the title. So on that Friday we went in to do the paperwork, and Umberto told me to sign and of course he circled the bottom line of how much cash I was supposed to pay after the trade in we signed and paid and went home. Of course without having the title they held the paperwork until I brought in the title on Monday.
