My name is Matt Parrish. I am a first time home investor here in the houston area. I recently got approved through Zeus on a temp to perm deal to buy an investment property. I worked with Roger Salinas and he was the most helpful, considerate member of the financial community that I have dealt with so far! My first deal was a tad bit unorthodox but Roger knew just how to help. I am now finishing up with my due diligence on the home and expecting to close by the end of June. Roger is also helping me with my second deal which I may put an offer on by the end of the week. I just wanted to take a moment to brag on Roger. I knew when I began educating myself on investing that I needed a team of people who would shoot straight with me and be folks that I could trust. Roger is on that team.
