Review content:
We took our kids to see a 1pm show and the staff had started the day with a skeleton crew. The line (there was only one window open to purchase tickets, poor lady!) curved all the way around the building. The manager was the only one working in the concession stand. 35 minute wait to get popcorn and candy. While waiting for snacks, there was an altercation between two men outside at the ticket window for someone ""jumping"" in line. Who wants to wait AND be late?? The manager was too busy to handle the fight. There were children waiting to get in who had to witness this terrible behavior.
Pros: VERY patient and courteous staff under difficult conditions.
Cons: Not enough staff- why are they trying so hard to save on labor????
