I had a great experience with Scott. He was very pleasant and friendly. He was prompt and finished in the estimate of time he gave me. His price was resonable and he didn't try to pressure sell me anything. He actually talked me out of cleaning a microfiber sofa that he said wasn't in need of cleaning. He advised me to clean that sofa only when necessary to avoid problems. He gave me cleaning tips to use between cleanings to upkeep the just clean look. I would definately use him again. I had none of the experience of the other reviewer and am shocked by that experience. I say give him a chance and judge for yourself.
