admitingly, I have a tough contact prescription to fill. It took many tries only for me to find out that my stigmatism isnt worth fixing w/contacts. I told them upfront that I wanted them for sports and that if it wasnt worth it, then to save the time. I spent over $300 for a 3 month supply of useless toric lenses! They would not refund the money (only give store credit). They also took my current glasses and gave me the prescription for them (for later refill). When I checked with my old optomatrist, the prescription was actually not the prescription they ""obtained"" from my glasses. The Dr gave it her best tries... I just wish they were more honest. Wasted my money and more importantly, my time.
Pros: Dr was patient
Cons: manager not flexible, expensive
