Businiess name:  Lafferty & Smith Colonial Chapel

Review content:
When my Father passed away about a month ago, we needed to find a funeral chapel to suit all the guests that were attending. Lafferty & Smith Colonial was the place that sounded like the ONE. A day before the services were held, me, my aunt and cousin gathered flower arrangements and everything to set up for the next day. One of the people who were in charge there held the door open for me so I can carry a large arrangement inside.. As I set the flowers down and take a look around.. My dad was already in the coffin in the room. They didn't give us ANY warning to prepare us to see my recently deceased Father. As you would imagine, I started crying and the guy put his hand on my shoulder and I backed away. He started ridiculing the way we were setting things up and was saying , ""oh I have been in this business for many years, your arrangements wont hold up (the flowers on the coffin) take my advice"" blablabla bs bs. So my cousin politely asked him to please be more sensitive towards people going through such a hard time. And he kept continuing being a immature about the situation and talking to us as if we were five year old children. They gave us a payment plan, giving us two months to pay for all the costs... but a couple days before the burial they told my mother, ""you need to pay all of the money by the day of the burial or we will not release the body"". This was literally out of NOWHERE. I swear these people handle business like children. They supposedly sent out the death certificate weeks ago(it doesnt take longer than three days to send out mail). And we still haven't got it yet. I strongly recommend that you don't go through Lafferty & Smith Colonial unless for some reason you like dealing with insensitive pricks. Thank you.
