Where to begin. First off, this place is a dive. It seats about 20 people, but you still have to wait about a half an hour to sit, despite half of the tables being empty. When you do sit down, you'll find the prices to be OUTRAGEOUS. It becomes even more obvious when you get the food. I ordered Lasagna. I paid 20 dollars. It was a half a piece of lasagna in a lasagna soup. The reason it was half a piece? They served it to another guy who started eating it!!! They said ' we'll bring another right out' (no apology) and they took the other guys away from him and brought me a 'new' piece. Kinda shady when it takes an hour the first time to cook a piece of Lasagna, and 30 seconds the next. Even more shady when you look at the piece the other dude was nibbling on, and your piece is exactly his nibble shy of a full piece. This was the worst experience we've ever had, and i'm reporting this place to the city health inspector and the Better Bus. Bureau. Do yourself a favor, pay 15 bucks for an entre at Macaroni Grill or Olive Garden. I'd rather stay away from chains too, but trust me....it's THAT bad!!!! Cons: Please read review...PLEASE
