Review content:
We hired this company 3 years ago and a guy Sergio came to inspect our house. He showed up with a touchscreen laptop in a dress shirt. We were first time homebuyers and had no idea what to look for in an old house. He did not even turn on the heating system. After we bought the house and turned on the heating system during the next winter, the pipes were leaking. He did not inspect the roof at all (guess what, he did not bring any ladder with him). When it rained heavily after we bought the house, the roof started leaking. If we had hired a good inspection company we would have been informed about all these things and we would not have bought the house. I have spent over $30,000 since then in fixing and repairs. Now, I realize that what he did was a superficial inspection that was no better than anyone who is previous homeowner could have done himself. Please save yourself from the headache and potential loss of money and go to a local inspection company and hire a guy who is willing to get down and dirty to make sure there are no hidden risks and dangers in the house you are buying. Cons: everything
