I am honestly blown away by the level of service I have received from Alan at T1 Earthcare. He was very quick in getting back to me to discuss my needs and to schedule a visit to determine a quote for services. (Additionally, he was willing to work with my schedule which made it 1,000 times easier.)
This is the first house I have ever owned (or lived in!) and consequently it is the first time I have ever had a yard or lawn maintenance to keep up with.
Alan was very knowledgeable about my grass and lawn composition, as well as a minimal lawn care regimen that would keep my yard happy without my having to go crazy with upkeep.
We eventually decided to have T1 mow and mulch our yard which was scheduled crazy fast. It felt like Christmas; I was at work all day in anticipation!
I very much appreciated being able to pay online and love love love how responsive Alan was with communication. We will definitely schedule our lawn aeration in the fall with Alan and T1.
