I am a realtor in City of Anaheim CA. Brookhurst Village is one of the lowers prices properties in the city. The complex has 228 units total. It is a two leveled. Meaning, someone owns the top unit and some else the bottom units. There are only three different styles: three bedrooms, two baths; Two bedrooms, one both and two bedrooms one bath. HOA pays for water, gas, building hazard insurance and outside building maintenance. The complex has a club house that can be rented by the home-owners for their family reunions. It has a children playground and two large pools with spas.
