I JUST WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW NOT TO GET YOUR TAXES DONE WITH THIS COMPANY!! MY TAX PREPARE HAD CALLED EVERYONE OF THE STAFF TO GET MY CHECK PRINTED OFF AND NONE OF THEM ANSWERED THEIR PHONES ALL THEIR VOICE MAILS WAS FULL AND COULDN'T RECEIVE NO MORE MESSAGES. WHEN THE PREP FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF THE PRESIDENT AFTER SHE HAD TOOK PHONE CALLS THREATING HER KIDS AND SELF ALL DAY THE PRESIDENT HUNG UP IN HER FACE INSTEAD OF TRYING TO UNDERSTAND WHERE SHE WAS COMING FROM AND HELPING US THE TAXPAYERS I REALLY HOPE IRS SHUT THEM DOWN BEFORE THEY TREAT ANYONE ELSE LIKE THEY DID ME AND THIS POOR GIRL
