Review content:
I enrolled two children in this center. On the surface everything looked well organized and comfortable. However, after spending only 3 short months in this facility, one of my children was mistreated on two separate occasions. From a parental standpoint, I was angry. I spoke to the caregiver directly and then to the director of the facility concerning the incident expecting for there to be some effort to resolve the situation. I was concerned for my childs safety at this point and was further aggitated by the lack of proffessional character exhibited by the director. There was no effort made to commicate with me concerning this incident, and once i contacted her, i was given the run-around. From a consumer aspect, I am VERY disappointed at the customer service. I felt like the safety of my child as well as my concerns as a parent we not taken seriously. As with any childcare, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this facility observe the caregivers and do all the research you can before enrolling your children.
Pros: Location convenient to Cottage Grove residents
Cons: parental concerns are not a priority
