Do not trust this Big Daddy Taxi! They do not want to serve you, instead they only want to fool you around. I recently scheduled a pick-up with this company. When I called them to schedule, the operator took my credit card number and then asked me my flight information and also told how much I had to pay. However, when I arrived at the airport, the taxi was not there. I called 517-367-7474. They did not ask my phone in the first few calls. Then I called again and again. Finally someone answered my call. I told him I was waiting at the airport to be picked up by their taxi. The operator told me that they would be at airport in 25 min. More than 40 min later, however, nobody showed up. I called the company again and asked how long I had to wait. They refused to answer my call first. I called again and again, finally the operator told me that the taxi was on the way and should be at the airport soon. I asked for the taxi driver's phone number and told the operator I wanted to contact the driver. When I called the driver asked whether he was coming to pick me up. they driver told me that he was not sure and needed to ask his boss!..... I waited at the airport for more than one hour and finally called a taxi from a different company. This is my experience with BIGDADDY TAXI!!!. Worse ever in America! A nightmare! I can not believe this! Since they have my credit number, I am still worrying they will charge me. If they do, I will do all I can to fight !!!
