It's a shame that I had such a poor experience at Dr. Viera's office. I arrived a few minutes early for my consultation but was kept waiting for nearly 45 minutes in the lobby after being given my check-in paperwork. When I went back to the closed/opaque glass to see how much longer it would be, I was told they'd forgotten about me and that I ""should have knocked earlier"" to remind them I was there. Excuse me?
