tim hall - a sales manger - has poor to zero communication skills. over the course of several weeks.... ?tim hall took over the negotions from the original sales person i was dealing with. tim hall called me once to let me know he would meet my price. i asked him to fix two things on the van. he left me ?voicemail saying he would fix both as a "" happy new year gift "". i called tim hall back twice had to leave voicemails asking him. to call me.... i also sent email to him. finally i emailed the other sales manger and orginal sales person asking them for their help in finalizing the deal that only tim hall knew about and had the paper work on and in his office for no one else to access.
tim hall emailed me (did not call me ) and did not cc anyone else from his own dealership to say .....
""thanks for your interest in the oldsmobile we ended up selling it yesterday.Thank you. tim""
