Review content:
I have been told by many people not to come here for many reasons. I learned the hard way. My dog was treated for over 2 months on antibiotics and I would go in weekly to pick up the meds. My dog was scheduled to be on until the first week in July. Three times I went in and they didn't have the meds. No one knew what the other was doing or saying to the customer. The vet didn't even know where to look for the meds. If they were picked up, conversations with receptionists were a joke. I had to pay extra for my dog to got a shot because THEY didn't have the meds in stock. I was told often that they didn't have them and that I would have to drive to Quakertown to pick them up from ANOTHER vet. Then when I told them that I didn't have time to go there, my daughter had suffered a concussion, miraculously they appeared. I wish I would have listened to the public earlier. I have called different vets and hospitals and they were also appalled at how they ran their organization. We are so very happy with our new vet!
Pros: beautiful building
