Review content:
I went to Orenco Grill for a working lunch. I have had a decent hamburger there in the past. I made the mistake of ordering the Chinese chicken salad. After I ate it I heard a different server describe the dressing to a customer as ""sugary"". I wish I had had that warning. It comes with a huge pile of shredded cabbage, a tiny amount of crunchy noodles and some decent steamed chicken. You have to pick through the cabbage to find the chicken; it could have used more noodles to balance out the textures and flavors. It does not have the subtle flavor mixture and healthy taste I look for in this salad. I expect a Chinese chicken salad to have sesame oil & seeds, coriander leaves and a mild-flavored dressing.
Pros: good location for work lunch, nice views, fresh food
Cons: carb-loaded salad
