I was actually really excited to see a local restaurant on the website I purchased the gift certificate on. And willing to try a new place out. It was definetly an experience that left me the feeling I will never go back. It was low staffed only 1 person there that used foul language and inappropriate behavior. Talking bad about other customers to me. Once more staff came they waited my table 30 minutes later and had no idea what was on the menu or followed any of my simple requests. Never was offered water either. My muffin was burnt when it came out and the eggs were not cooked like I asked. It took ten minutes for syrup and butter to come after the food was on our table leaving the french toast my friend had cold. I would have been happier at Shari's or any where else. I do not recommend this place what so ever. Sorry to be so blunt but it was awful... What gets me the most I was there for 2.5 hours with only being 1 of 3 small groups there!!
