I was one here about a week ago looking at all of these reviews. I was a bit discouraged from the negative reviews. I'm on here today to tell my experience...
I was recently engaged and both sides of the family were meeting for the first time. It was important for me to find a restaurant that everyone would enjoy. To save money, I got onto Restaurants dot com. The only steak house in our area was Orenco Station Grill. I called to make reservations and a gentleman named Blake answered. He told me he looked forward to seeing us there and that he guarantees an excellent experience. With that, my mind was at ease. When we got there, not only was the place beautiful, and relaxing. But the service and food was hands down, OUTSTANDING. When my brother went to pay, he for some reason thought that the coupon was already deducted from the tab, and that was that. When we got home my brother asked and i explained to him that we were suppose to give the coupon when checking out. When he called back, Blake not only apologized (wasn't even his fault, it was ours) but credited us the discount after leaving!!!!!!! It is amazing how one person and GREAT food can leave 2 big families VERY PLEASED. I would recommend this place to anyone!
