Unless you want some serious issues then don't live here. This place is a dump. It looks and feels like it hasn't been taken care of for the last ten years. My wife and I could not even sleep in our bedroom because the mold and smell were such problems. We moved into the living room, but that didn't even help for long because the kitchen sink started having mold and stink issues as well. We contacted the managers about the problem and got a nonsensical reply, so we contacted the owner whose response made it sound like she was calling us liars. They did finally move us to a different unit after we threatened to contact the authorities. Even then the unit we moved in to has serious issues as well, such as a huge crack in the kitchen ceiling and mold in almost every ceiling corner. At least it doesn't smell anymore, but we are out of here as soon as possible. Not nice people, and not willing to work with you.
