Ask, is one of them just as narcissistic, insecure, selfish and money hungry as Norman Schlunt? Do you want to do business with a company that cares about their employees or do you not care that the owners of this company make promises to employees faster than the wind coming out of the gorge? Any company can come up with statements of accountability and transparency but is this company living it? The answers to these simple questions will help you decide if you should do business with MercuryPDX. You have many options available to you. I encourage you to use one of the other courier services in Portland. Transerve, Pronto or Rose City Messenger are better options without all the baggage that Mercury brings.
