Review content:
Our law firm switched to Mercury in July of 2008, and I can tell you that after using multiple messengers over the past 10 years, these guys are a cut above. They do 30 minute rushes out to Tigard and Clackamas for me, and actually get them done on time. I get email notifications when my packages are delivered, which none of the other local companies offer. Now THAT'S transparency and accountability!!!
Pros: Good rates, better service
Cons: They get here TOO fast sometimes
