Review content:
30 minutes after the 3pm Saturday appointment time, I called to see where they were. I was told they were unloading a move now, and would soon be on their way. 2 hours later, I called again, got vague excuses and told it would be ?later?. Called at 7:45p, and told they weren?t planning on coming at all that day. I was not told why, and they wouldn?t tell me they would come the next day. Too late to call anyone else that day. Fortunately I was able to find someone to move me the next day on a Sunday, but at substantially higher cost (and a smaller crew, so I had to work with them).
Pros: They answer their phone
