I had few questions about my bill, because i was billed for something i don't even know. The only reason i called in to find out why i was billed. I made a phone call to the office and the so called ""manager"" Laurie Whitening answered the phone. She was very rude and unprofessional, she did not give me any assistance and i did not receive any answers for any of my questions. After yelling at me she rudely hung up the phone on me. I still feel humiliated and insulted that i never felt like that before. I would never recommend this office to any of my friends because that kind of behavior and attitude is unacceptable coming from a medical office.
