When you drive down Highway 89 from Spanish Fork Canyon, Fairview is the first town you come to. It is a full 45 minutes from civilization so the Home Plate Cafe is a welcome sight to the hungry traveler. It is in a funky Mid-Century modern building with a space-age roof design. Hope they never change that! Inside it is clean and welcoming with plenty of tables - although they fill up pretty quick on weekends.
Pros: Great Breakfasts - all sorts of hometown diner fare
