Review content:
I'm very surprised to see so many positive reviews with Veracity Communications internet service. I used to have a contract with M-Star until they were bought out about a year and a half ago. Up until M-Star was bought out I had a perfect connection even when it was shared by 4 other computers in the complex. I used to surf the internet, play online games and pretty much anything else you can do without ever noticing a glitch or a flutter during an entire internet session up to 4 hours long or longer.
The day Veracity Communications installed their service at the apartment the internet service has been a constant fluctuating service. The internet is constantly booting me off of online games such as World of Warcraft, Rift, Lord of the Rings Online to name a few. Several times when I've just gotten fed up with attempting to play an online game I'll decide to just surf the web and I can't even load a simple web page like my home page (iGoogle). I hope I'm not just the lucky person and that no one else is ever experiencing such terrible service. Because I'm not making it up it has happened since day one over a year ago. I've complained several times but I'm only told to take the main line out and plug it directly into my own computer. For the record that's not trouble shooting. I'm not retarded of course if you only use the entire 15 mbits up and 15 mbits down service into one computer that one computer is going to have more that enough internet service for anything you'll ever need. Why was it that I could spread M-Star's signal over 5 computers with no problems but with Veracity Communications I apparently need to purchase a dedicated line for each computer??? I use internet speed test websites all the time and I have never seen the signal at 15 up and 15 down even when I take the main line out of the router and put it directly into my computer. For the record when I had M-Star I always saw it very close to that 15 up and 15 down never with Veracity Communications. The fact is they (Veracity Communications) don't provide you with the service that you pay them for which in my book is stealing. All I can say is as soon as the contract is up I'm done and I'll never use Veracity Communications service ever again.
Just ask yourselves if you went into a steak house and ordered a 16 oz. steak and they came out with an 8 oz. steak would you expect some reimbursement or at least a second steak free?
