We are forced into using Veracity because we live in Traverse Mountain- their prices are too high because they don't have to compete with anyone! I tried at least getting away with not having to use their home phone service by doing a VOIP, but that didn't work properly for what I need as a work phone, so I had to change over to Veracity's home phone. It has been a month now since I started to try to change over and I have gotten nowhere! They aren't helping me- aren't responding to e-mails asking for help or to voicemails left asking for help! And when I did finally get a hold of someone there was no apology or discount given for their lack of help! If I didn't have to use them I would NEVER use this company!!!
