I really wanted to like The Quilt Patch. Fred does a great job servicing Bernina Machines, but unfortunately can no longer take drop off service. Service is by appointment only and the first available for him to even look at my machine was over a month. Every time I have been in there, the staff has been incredibly unfriendly and some are downright rude. I am not a quilter, so I guess they have some sort of bias against non-quilters. The fabric is gorgeous, but because I feel so unwelcome everytime I go in there, I would rather take my chances buying fabric online. I will not return.

Cons: Unfriendly Staff, Long wait time for service
