I recently had this shop attempt to install a quality amplifier and two high end subwoofers. They said the job would be done at 7 pm and it wasn't finished until after 8:30 pm. They charged $300 to construct the box to the factory specifications for the subs. The box turned out okay, but the finish was below my expectations. The subs worked for two days before the amplifier stopped working. I returned to the shop where they replaced a fuse and re-routed the power to the amp. The store manager refunded $100 for my troubles. After 90 minutes, they said it was working. It wasn't. Returned to the shop where they discovered the amp was now blown. Since I purchased the amp somewhere else, they wouldn't replace it. I returned a week later to speak to the manager again. I attempted to get a refund, since it was clear that the installers had caused the damage. He offered some alternatives, but none to my satisfaction and refused to refund the labor charges. Pros: Manager was polite Cons: Overpromised and under delivered. Blew up my equipment. Will never do business with again.
