I wouldn't give a low rating to all the staff over there, as I've been to other locations for the past 6 years and had no issues.
But at fremont avenue-Sunnyvale location, the lady out there who did my lab work( i should say, partially did) was extremely rude and couldn't do her job. She doesn't know how to draw blood. !!!!!
1) Unlike usual procedure where the staff asks to make a fist and release to be able to get a better result, she asked me to just keep my arm relaxed.
2)Poor hygiene- Cleaned the area using her bare hand, then pressed the near by area again with her bare hand. Only after that she even bothered to put on her gloves, then opened the drawer for the syringe...what is this???? Do you expect this from a professional?
3)Tried both arms and still no success...and was asked to come another day. and the funny part was...she justified her inability by saying that i was dehydrated ( though i drank enough water just b4 the test).
Oh come on.!!!!.This is not the first time i am at a lab for blood test.
If you don't know how to do your job..go to back to school and get educated...but never try on the patients. You are wasting our precious time, energy and mood.
Would never ever come back to this place!!!!
To quest diagnostics:
please try to hire better efficient staff. You are ruining your own good name.
