Review content:
Fantasy has always been my favorite adult chain in Portland. I've been shopping there for the better part of a decade now. That said, things have been changing. After speaking with the clerks the best I can figure is that the management has changed somewhat recently. As a company they now seem to be more worried with up-selling than with helping their long-time repeat customers. This location is the worst... even after speaking with the on-duty manager I felt like they were only interested in emptying my wallet. As an aside: it also seems like they cycle out employees about as often as I do my laundry.
Now, I know I've ragged on Fantasy a lot in this entry, but I do have something positive to say. The Downtown and Beaverton locations still seem pretty decent. Check out my reviews for them.
