i agree with the whole payment thing. they could AT LEAST accept payments by phone, it is so inconvenient. all of my other utility companies allow phone, online, in person and mailed payments! Also, our usual pick up day is Wednesday but for some reason Christmas week in 2006 they came on thursday and didnt tell anybody. And it wasnt just me, even all of my neighbors put their garbage out on wednesday.
Pros: they get the job done
