I have lived in Aloha for 23 years and recently bought a new house 1 mile from the old one in Aloha and now have Aloha trash service. What a huge change from the other hualer. If I was new to recycling after speaking with them I would not bother. I do not know how they promote metro's goals. The staff is hostile and unfriendly from the minute you get on the phone. When I signed up for service, I must of heard don't, no or can not in every sentence. There is NO customer service. If there was an option to use another carrier, I would and they would be out of business!
Cons: bad service and we can;t change carriers
