Review content:
Antiquated billing service, poor pickup service, horrible customer service. Unfortunately, it seems we're stuck with them. Rather than leave a note explaining any problems with the way garbage and recyclables are placed on the curb, they simply don't pick them up and leave you to wonder what happened. Then you have to call their customer service folks and guess as to what the problem might have been so that they don't screw you the next time around. So then you're stuck with garbage for a week unless you want to pay them some insane amount to get them to come back and do the pickup. A professional service would at least leave you some notice as to the problem and pickup the trash on the first notice of such a violation. This company does nothing of the sort.
Pros: Sometimes they pick up your trash
Cons: Sometimes they don't and you're left wondering why they didn't
