Review content:
We have been here on two other occasions, before the dinner area was updated, and we loved it. We went back again a few days ago and cannot say the same. I doubt we will ever go back either, which is a shame. The food is really good, but the service was very poor. We sat there waiting for our order for about an hour, then others were served who got there after us. The waitress hardly came to our table to check on us or to apologize for our meal being late. We didn't get any water, and other waiters were filling in for her at our table, and it wasn't packed at all in there. We did complain and they gave us our entrees for free, so that is a plus. It seems such a shame as we loved going there.
