Review content:
Told me they did an oil change on the truck before I bought it. Oil was black and extremely thick. Changed it myself since I did not trust them. Glad I did. Said they were going to cover my sluggish door locks under warranty and then decided not to when they had it for another issue... (Cruise did not work). Had to once again bring it in for another issue and the ""brother"" literally yells and belittles me in front of multiple other customers simply because I was stating why I felt it should be fixed under their ""warranty"". Then tells me the ""tech"" was burning the tires in my truck and I had no reason to tow it to them. Sure, driving a truck 20 miles with a totally dead cylinder, pumping unburned gas straight into the CATS is just fine on the truck! I felt they were extremely rude and unprofessional to me. Then after his tirade on me, he says he is not the one who can even make the warranty decision. The owner finally comes out and says they will ""good will"" the repair. When the tech ""fixed"" the issue, I asked if he used dielectric grease on the coil as per required and he said of course he did. Well, I decided to do the rest of the cylinders and his as well and it was dry as a bone. I should have bought an actual certified used car from a larger dealer and got a real 3/36k warranty in my opinion. Live and learn I guess. GOD BLESS!!!
