Review content:
I crave this place on a daily basis. (Unfortunately, I blow my attempted diets on it all the time.) The ice cream is so scrumptious! I love the concept of the hand-mixing on a ""cold stone"".
The lines do get long and we often wait 45 minutes, but I must say that it is worth it. I really wish they could find a way to be more efficient, but resorting to machine-mixing would take away from the charm. It can get very expensive if you add more than one mix-in.
The service is usually pretty good, but the poor workers do get a little worn down on a busy night and it shows.
Pros: The best ice cream!
Cons: Long lines, Expensive
