Review content:
I waited 1.5 hours to be seen by the doctor. Meanwhile, an assistant conducted the actual vision exam. She was very unprofessional, complaining about her co-worker (who had checked me in) the entire time. They dilated my eyes without asking me if that would be OK - it wasn't, since I had to drive home and I'm too light-sensitive to do so with dilated eyes. I asked if I could still work and she said ""as long as you don't have to read or use a computer."" I can't think of anyone who doesn't have to do that at work! Finally, the actual doctor saw me for only about 5 minutes. She was polite, and apologized that they had accidentally seen all of the other patients before me, but still rushed me through. I told her I had an eye infection & she wrote a prescription without even looking at it. All in all, I'd say don't waste your money (or your insurance visits) on this place. Next time I'll visit Columbus Opthamology instead - I hear they are great.
