this aveda salon is the best in the city and it is by far the nicest salon (legacy village) in northeast ohio. if you are looking for an extreme makeover, then you are going to the right place by going to ladies and gentlemen. the stylists at L&G are among the best in the industry. the experience is NOT to be frowned upon! not only do you receive a fabulous new look you also receive pampering beyond belief. a scalp message, hand & arm message, make up touch up - all included!! did i mention they don't accept tips!! maybe the previous reviewer needs to let the professional do what they need to do and NOT try to pretend they know what's best for them. trust the experts at ladies & gentlemen, not only do they have 30 years experience, but they also educate other sylists throughout the country.
Pros: knowledgeable, attentive, no tips allowed!
