I was recommended to this salon because of its location (legacy village) and because of the repuation of the of the same salon in Mentor. The receptionists were inattentive and did not seem knowledgeable about the products. The haircut was the worst part of the experience. After I asked to keep the length and for no layers, the stylist cut off 4 inches and layers about 1 1/2 inces shorter than that. When I expressed my disappointement she told me to remember 'it was just hair.' I had asked for a senior stylist to cut my risk of an inexperienced stylist but her 30yrs of experience was not enough. Not what I paid for and I hope to spare some others the disappointment.
