Review content:
We used to love Ladies & Gentlemen but it has definitely changed for the worse. We took our 4 year old to get her hair cut in their kids salon. She ended up looking like Carol Brady in the 60's. It was terrible!! They told us the cut was free after we complained. Gee thanks! I went in for highlights about a month later. It was the worst color treatment I have ever had. I didn't realize how bad it was until I looked in the mirror in my car. When I went in and showed the receptionist what the underside of my hair looked like near my ears, she gasped! No one apologized. They offered to have the girl ""fix it"". Um, no thanks! I paid $170 for that. Stay away from Ladies and Gentlemen.
Pros: Hand and arm massage
Cons: Terrible Hair cuts, terrible colorists, unapologetic and a rip off
