I just moved out from Still water i had a hard time leaving there, for one i had no lease for this year my lease ended on 1/31/2011. I was told that they was not giving new ones yet they wanted people to pay the 25.00 for maintenance care for the heat but when i moved there 4 years ago the signs said FREE HEAT. I was told that i didn't have to pay it so I didn't pay, I had to problems paying my rent for two months so I went in talk to the manger (STEVE) and he told me that they would work with me. Okay when I told the new girl after two months that I didn't find a job so that I have to move it was a problem with her she didn't want me to move. It was the middle of the month when I started moving she seen me moving then she put a notice on my door to be out before the 17th. After I got all my things out she then put late fees, charging me for the seasonal rent after they said I didn't have to pay it, for painting, nail holes, said I didn't clean which I did I was charge for breaking my lease what lease can they do that well I will never tell anyone I know to move there and if anyone ask I will tell them NO. Sorry I lived there.
