Review content:
Worst customer service. They had been out twice over the past two years to fix the same washer. Called and told them what the problem was. They sent someone out. Cost me $85 for the guy to tell me in less than 5 minutes that it will cost $1200 to fix the GE front load washer. He also said I should have described the problem as they could have told me over the phone it wasn't worth fixing. I told him that I did ... as the washer was under $1000 and it has been fixed twice. He said ... OH. NEVER calling them again.
