Attended their annual fundraiser/auction and we were the winning bid for the Baby Grand Piano. We checked out that night, paid, received our receipt, but when we tried to arrange for pick up of the piano, they would not release the piano because they felt the bid was too low. We were treated as if we were trying to cheat the church and we were told that they did not have to honor the receipt because they had not actually charged our card that evening
Pros: Great evening/lots of items for auction
Cons: Never got item even though we were winning bid and paid
