Initial install OK, but TERRIBLE customer service! Ahhh, beware interactions with this company. They do a decent job with the initial install, but for annual maintenance phone hours are limited, I found them very slow to reply to service calls, and their receptionist should (frankly) be canned. On the phone today she was angry, defensive, and actually started yelling at me when I called to schedule a service appointment. (The background is that a month ago I called to say the compressor smelled like burning rubber (she told me not to worry about it at the time--which should have been a red flag--although I got the service people to come out anyway), the unit was serviced just 2 weeks ago and I was told everything was fine, and then 4 days ago the compressor died, and I've been unable to schedule another visit for them to service the machine.) I asked her to slow down and listen, and she said ""NO. YOU LISTEN TO ME!"" which I found appalling from a customer service standpoint. So my compressor is only four years old, I may be having to buy a new one.... and they're yelling at me on top of that! Completely insane. Pros: initial install unremarkable Cons: I reported a broken compressor -> receptionist yelled at me!
