While on vacation my car broke down on a Saturday during one of the worst heat waves. After calling around for over an hour and not being able to find any help I found Quality Automotive. They were very friendly, helpful and professional. They towed my car( for $45) to their shop and replaced the starter in my car which we thought went bad. Unfortunately for me something else proved to be the reason that my car wouldn't start. The mechanic spent about a good 2 1/2 hours working on my car in about 106* F heat trying to find the problem. Ultimately they found the problem but advised me that I would save a lot more money if I bought the part in PA (where I live) and had it fixed there. Somehow they were able to get my car running temporarily so that I could get back home.
I found them to be very honest and really bent over backwards to help me get home. I was very surprised that they told me that I could get my car repaired cheaper else where and then only charged me for 1 hour of labor when he had been working on it for much longer. If I am ever in the area again and have car trouble I won't hesitate to call them again!
