Review content:
I agree with previous reviewer. But when I went to Toro it was called Dial. They have since changed their name. I went in the late 90's (?) paid about the same and the way the previous guy is describing the trucks none of them of were ever changed or repaired since I went to Dial. The place does look like a junk yard. Trucks sucked. Poor instruction. Too many students. But i suppose if all you want is to get your license cheap then it may work for you. If you an inexperienced driver most companies will still make you go through their training program so will learn what you missed at Toro.
