Bobby Hope has an excellent receptionist, she is very polite, friendly, and easy to speak to. Bobby Hope however is another story. She was short tempered, not polite, and just down right rude. When first entering she didn't even know why I was there and so I had to tell her it was part of an adoption home study that I had elected to take. She didn't even ask why I was taking it and she just started asking questions immediately without explaining to me what she was doing and that I was being timed. She had no idea what my background was nor did she care. She was very cold with no social skills at all, after a horrible experience with her yelling at me for speaking to fast, she booted me out of her office to her secretary who then gave me the evaluation. Bobby Hope was never heard from again, no nice to meet you or have a nice day, not even a good bye all I got was a slam of the door in my face. I have had three evaluations done over my lifespan for various reasons to help improve my chances on things such as an extra piece to a resume or an extra document on my side for custody purposes and never have I come across such a cold professional in this field as Bobby Hope. I do not recommend to anyone ever, find someone else who is more courteous and professional.
