Excited about these products and the product specialist! They put me on a nutrition/weightloss plan totally customized for me. I am getting lean and I can feel the difference and I am training for a marathon. I never thought that would happen. I have more energy then I have ever had. They were so helpful and knowledgable and got me on a perfect plan just for me. Paul never gave up on me eventhough I am a little hard to deal with :) I reccommend Paul and Herbalife
