THis company does not take pride in customer service! I was set up for an appointment today to have my windows tinted. I was told to show up at 9a and they would have it done by noon. When I arrived, there was a hand written note on the door that said they would be back at 930. When I called to ask why they weren't open on time the man said that I could leave the keys in the drop box and my car would be the first one done and guaranteed that I would have it by noon. At noon when I showed up my car was sitting in the sun (which had done for 3 hours) and was NOT done. I went in and got my keys and left. They didn't even question that someone came in, took keys off their board (which were all lined up in front of the front door and walked out). When I went back in to see why it wasn't done. the guy said 'we just didn't do it'. I would NOT recommend using Wise Guys at all for services, my experience is that they are very unprofessional!
